Nice hotel
Room is very confortable, staff was nice.
The corridor of the hotel had a very strong weed smell. There were no towels in my room, and the bedside table was broken. Breakfast was average, nothing spectacular(considering what it cost).

Very clean modern hotel. Exceptional breakfast. Staff were very friendly, especially Wesley at breakfast. Thank you Grand Hyatt!
Some of the wood has worn away in the room so could be upkept better.

Luxurious, amazing food and staff.
The building and pool areas are beautiful, well decorated and cozy. The staff is amazing, always prepared to help and avaiable in different languages. The breakfast was an absolute delight, a mix of american breakfast, british breakfast and brazilian/tropical breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sao Paulo.
The location of the hotel is not the best. The area around has a lot of traffic jam and not so many recreational things to do. Also, it is located far away from the city centre.
